Paloma Pottery is committed to providing an easy online shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are made easy with postage paid. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Once your exchange order has been processed, your new item will be shipped out with a postage paid return label. The returned item must be packed with its original packing for safe return. Paloma Pottery is not responsible for broken wares, so please package carefully. If you have any questions or doubts on packing for safe return, please call Paloma Pottery to be advised. Place return label on package and place in your mailbox. If package does not fit into mailbox, you can call your local USPS for pick up or drop off at any US Post Office for delivery.

To exchange an item, contact Paloma Pottery (Toll Free: 877-669-0783) with the following information:

  1. Reason for exchange
  2. Item name and color choice for exchange
  3. Credit card information (charges will only be made if returned item arrives broken or damaged)

Returns for store credit and full refunds:
All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase.
Store credit is given for returned products. Full refunds available for qualified purchases only. To request a full refund, please contact Paloma Pottery with your inquiry. Please NOTE: Return shipping fees will apply for full refund returns. Paloma Pottery is not responsible for broken wares, so please package carefully.
